Through our summer exhibition, discover the works of our new artist Jaime Sicilia, a Spanish artist who blurs the boundaries between visual disciplines and draws deep inspiration from traditional Japanese aesthetics. He pays tribute to this heritage through a meticulous layering process involving gesso, gold leaf, and wax. By embracing irregularities and the marks of time, Sicilia echoes the wabi-sabi philosophy, which celebrates imperfection and transience. His creations will resonate with the ethereal bronze sculptures of Marine de Soos and the powerful canvases of Lídia Masllorens, creating a delicate dialogue between three unique artistic worlds.
