Spanish artist and architect Jaime Sicilia works at the crossroads of painting, sculpture, photography, and video. In his practice, nature is not just a subject but a space for emotional and sensory connection. His work reflects a deep meditation on time, materiality, and the subtle resonance of color and texture.

"Love and beauty are the great challenges of the human being and it takes a lifetime to understand them. My work is dedicated to addressing these issues.”
The Miroir de Keiko Nakamura series draws on the elegance of ancestral Japanese traditions. Layer after layer — gesso, gold leaf, wax patina — build a poetic metaphor of the mirror as a spiritual and introspective object. Imperfections are embraced, echoing the wabi-sabi aesthetic, and inviting us to reflect on the beauty of what is fragile and transient.
