To celebrate the publication of the first catalogue dedicated to the work of Charlotte Champion, Le Bestiaire Fantasque, we are honouring the unique world of the artist with an exceptional exhibition of her bronze sculptures. Hybrid animals, expressive figures and free forms bear witness to thirty years of creative work imbued with fantasy and sensitivity. We are exhibiting them in dialogue with recent works by Édouard Buzon, an artist who has been a faithful member of the gallery for two decades. In his new series, he continues to explore the effects of matter and surface, subtly playing with light to bring out a pictorial depth that is almost tactile. The exhibition and catalogue are on show at the gallery and in our viewing room until June 6th.
