Born in Badalona in 1983, Begoña Terradas has a degree in Fine Arts and in Illustration. The artist works on handmade embroideries that show an enigmatic, silent, and emotional world of her own.
Begoña Terradas works reflect her intimacy made by sewing the drawings, a technique traditionally linked to the feminine world, which emphasizes what is delicate, small, and subtle about her work. With touches of humor, using her own home and what she finds inside she often evoques the sense of isolation.
